PRIVACY POLICY

 I. INTRODUCTION

redcomm.pl website (hereinafter: “Website”) is website service of RedComm Advertising Agency (hereinafter: “RedComm”) – i.e. RedComm Sp. z o.o based in Warsaw at Sabały 17, 02-174, entered by the District Court for Capital City Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, to the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number 0000279105, NIP: 521-34-33-033, REGON 140952887, with share capital in the amount of PLN 201,000, represented by Witold Bacia – President of the Management Board,

II. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data provided by the website user (hereinafter referred to as “User”) is processed by RedComm Sp. z o.o. who is Personal Data Administrator. Users’ personal data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and other relevant provisions.
We process your data only to answer the question contained in the contact form (the basis for data processing is the implementation of our legitimate interests of the administrator in the form of communication with website users).
Your data will be processed no longer than is necessary to answer you, and after that time it can be processed only for the period of limitation of any claims.
Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to answer your question.
You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer your data and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
The scope of personal data processed determines the scope of the data supplemented by the User and then sent using the appropriate form or by e-mail by the User. The processing of User’s personal data may relate to name and surname, e-mail address, address of residence / registered office, telephone number, computer IP address.
Personal data provided by the User in the contact form (name, surname and e-mail address) is used solely to process the query and answer the user’s request.
When the User uses the website, data regarding connection parameters is automatically collected (e.g. IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type, geographical data provided by the ISP). This data can be collected by cookies (so-called cookies) and other similar technologies.
Personal data provided by the User will be used by RedComm for the purposes for which they were made available by the users (i.e. processing the query), as well as (in cases where the user’s consent is required) for the purposes for which the User has given a separate optional consent – according to scope of consent given by the User.
RedComm may also process Users’ personal data for other purposes provided for by applicable legal provisions (primarily for the purpose of performing the contract).
Providing personal data by Users is voluntary.
Users have the right to control the processing of data concerning them, in particular the right to:
• access to your personal data, complete and correct data by submitting such a request to RedComm,
• demand temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or their removal if they are incomplete, outdated, false or have been collected in violation of the Act or are no longer needed to achieve the purpose for which they were collected,
• object to processing of their personal data – in cases provided for by law – and the right to request their removal when they become unnecessary for the purpose for which they were collected.
Users’ personal data, as well as other processed data about Users, will not be transferred to other persons or entities without the consent of Users, except when such transfer is acceptable or required by applicable law.
RedComm provides appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data made available by Users, in particular preventing access to or processing of them by third parties in violation of the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, preventing data loss, damage or destruction.
The website may store http queries in connection with which, in the server log files, some information may be saved, including the IP address of the computer from which the query came, the name of the User’s station – identification carried out by the http protocol, if possible, system date and time registration on the Website and the arrival of the query, the number of bytes sent by the server, the URL address of the page previously visited by the User, if the User entered via a link, information about the User’s browser, information about errors that occurred during the http transaction. Logs can be collected as material for proper administration of the Website. Only persons authorized to administer the IT system have access to information. Files with logs can be analyzed in order to compile Website traffic statistics and errors. Summary of such information does not identify Users.

III. INFORMATION SECURITY

RedComm indicates that use of the Internet and services provided electronically may be at risk of malicious software (malware) entering the ICT system and the User’s device, as well as unauthorized access to the User’s data, including personal data, by third parties. In order to minimize these threats, the User should use appropriate technical security measures, e.g. using current anti-virus programs or protecting the User’s identification on the Internet. In order to obtain detailed and professional information on maintaining security on the Internet, the smart.lawyers group recommends obtaining them from entities specializing in this type of IT service
